The title of this post was going to be Couch to 5k – Week 4: Getting Serious but I had to change it because things have somewhat unravelled.
I have been gallavanting around trying to find a nursery for Chiplet, trying to complete a purchase of a new family home, visiting a friend (and picking up a sickness bug) and then my Dad’s girlfriend passed away. It has been a very sad and sick week so no running has taken place really.
I will have to re-do week 4 when things are a little more normal… or as normal as they can be when you lose someone you love very much.
I know running and exercise are fantastic for raising a low mood and generating endorphins, but you know what… I just can’t.
